We’ve put together a list of our fave work-outs that are best for people who have wanted to find a great work out but do not have the time or have tried but found it too exhausting and close to impossible.
The best advice we have? Baby steps. Take baby steps and do not underestimate them! Here are a few of our favorites. Once you have tried these baby-steps and you find that you now have the strength and curiosity to move forward with a solid work-out plan, then do not hesitate.
Work Out in Bed. Our top pick is the lazy exercise as we call it. Getting out of bed is a really difficult task especially in the morning. Jump-start your day with this 10-minute work out from SELF.
Arm Work Out 3 Minutes. Here is another work-out to try when you have a few minutes break. It targets the arms to get rid of those flabs. This 3-minute work out tightens and tones your arm muscles.
Everyday Wake-up Workout. This fab work out from Diary of a Fit Mommy is a confirmed morning energy booster! You can also do this work out to get rid of excess energy after work.
FitSugar: No Equipment Work Outs. This 15-minute workout for the whole body is a must! This is perfect for beginners just wanting to sweat it out.
10 Minute Abs Workout. Watching a movie at home? You can also bust out some flabs with this 10-minute easy abs workout.
Some important notes include de-stress. Stress causes cortisol production in your body and can result to bulging bellies and other health issues. You need 10 to 15 minutes time each day to de-stress yourself. You can do this by going for a short walk or as simple as taking deep breaths. Check out the de-stress list from HuffPost.
